How do I start a group?

- Am I qualified to lead?I know discipling another man can be very intimidating. I know because in 1997, I shared my story in a Sunday School class of ten couples.
- Who should I invite, and how do I ask them?Pray first. After leading my first group, I promised God I would lead a group every year He gave me men.
- What do I need before the first meeting?Leading a group is not time-consuming, but it does require you to be prepared and plan ahead.
- How do I set expectations from day one?A covenant is an essential part of the process. A group that measures the costs and is committed to each other will accomplish much more than a casual meeting.
- Can I scale the process to fit my group?Not every group is the same, and one size doesn't fit all.
