Your privacy
Intentional Ministries respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what this website and our two free online assessments collect, and what we do with it.
This website
- You can read every page and download every free resource without an account, a form, or any sign-in.
- The site uses no advertising and no tracking cookies.
- Our web host keeps basic technical records, such as the type of browser that visited, to keep the site running and secure.
- If you email us, we use your email address only to reply to you.
Personal Assessment
- To begin, you enter your first name, the last four digits of your phone number, and a 4-digit PIN you choose. Together they let you come back later and see your results.
- Your answers are saved so you can take the assessment again and see your own progress over time.
- Your individual answers are private. Intentional Ministries cannot see them; we only see combined totals for everyone.
- Your PIN cannot be recovered if you forget it, so please write it down.
Marriage Assessment
- You do not need to give your name. You receive a private code so you can look at your results again later.
- Classes are led by Todd and Beth Cox. If you take it as part of a class, we see only anonymous totals for the whole group. No names are attached, and there is no way for us to tell who submitted any result.
How we use the totals
- Neither assessment asks for your email address.
- Answers are kept only in the assessment's own database. They are not sent to any other service.
- We use the combined totals only to know how many people have taken each assessment and to see overall trends and growth.
- Because results are not tied to who you are, we cannot look up or delete one person's answers.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share your answers or your personal information with anyone.
